Small Extension Completed for a New Wet Room & Physio Room
We recently completed a small but incredibly meaningful extension for Peter, designed to make everyday life easier and more comfortable for both him and his carers. Peter has a few mobility challenges, so creating a practical, accessible space was the main priority on this project.
Over the course of four weeks, we built a neat rear extension that now houses a brand-new wet room and physio room. The goal was to create a space that offered better support, more room for movement, and a layout that would work seamlessly for Peter’s daily needs.
The job involved:
Extending the property with a brick-built structure that blends perfectly with the original house
Installing new access points and windows to bring in plenty of natural light
Preparing the internal layout ready for a dedicated wet room and physio area
Laying a clean, solid patio around the extension to improve outdoor access
